Refosco Peduncolo Rosso DOC Friuli

Our Red Refosco dal Peduncolo has an intense ruby red colour with purplish glints. It has a nose of red fruits such as blueberry, cherry, blackcurrant with a slight note of vanilla, all of them very inviting. To the palate it shows its full nobility, with structure and tannins, while being elegant and non-invasive, with well-balanced fruity notes accompanied by a fresh acidity.

On tasting it is immediately apparent that, because of its savouriness and personality, that it is a wine which is able to satisfy people who want a wine without compromise or standardisation, a wine that is not commercial and is full of original sensations: in a few words, it is the true product of the land that grew it.

Cabernet Sauvignon DOC Friuli

At the sight it has a decided ruby red colour.

Approaching it to the nose we perceive a very intense, fine and complex aroma. Initially very elegant herbaceous and vegetal notes prevail: pepper, green pepper, aromatic Mediterranean herbs and balsamic notes. Then we taste fruity notes of wild berries and blueberries. In the end we enjoy the floral notes of violet and jam.

To the palate it has a robust and elegant structure, light and persistent tannins, round, soft with a full and fruity final. Excellent balance between freshness, tannin and softness.

It has an important taste olfactory persistence.

Merlot DOC Friuli

It has a fairly strong ruby red colour, slightly garnet if aged.

A strong bouquet, sometimes with a winey feel, Merlot produces notes of dark-fleshed fruit such as plums, blackberries and blueberries, blackcurrants and sour cherries.

The tasting quality of Merlot is reflected in its softness and a roundness which comes from its tannins which are not particularly aggressive. They are soft wines, pure, deep, sweet and pleasant.

Cabernet Franc DOC Friuli

Our Cabernet Franc comes over as being "typically Friulian", with a ruby red colour, with intense purplish reflections, fluid in the glass. It has a nose which encompasses red fruits like cherry, raspberry, blackberry and blueberry, to spices like marjoram, rhubarb, gentian root and white pepper, with fresh, welcoming and decisive feelings. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, not too heavy, with olfactory feelings that are repeated as tastes, boosted by a soft feeling produced by its sweet tannins and by soft herbaceous notes, which are the traditional characteristics of the Cabernet-Franc of our region.

Carignano del Sulcis Superiore DOC

Color ripe red fruit, enveloping and silky.

The Superiore is the son of the sands of the dunes of Calasetta, where monumental vines unique in the world resist for a hundred years and more, with Pre-phylloxera roots on sea sand, surrounded by mirtles, lentiscus and junipers.

To obtain the Superiore you need the fruits of at least 2 plants since in the field is carried out an accurate selection of the best plants and clusters. They are then transported to the cellar, in small shaded boxes to protect them from the sun and before proceeding to the winemaking is carried out a sorting of the best grapes.

Ruby red color, bright and intense with violet reflections. Delicate aromas ranging from violet, rose to wild berries. In the mouth soft, savory and complex, well integrated tannins that accompany the wine in a persistent finish.
